About us
SKAB is a committed practice of global architects and landscape architects, distinguished by expert use of digital design tools. The practice has been operating since 2011 and has developed a reputation for offering practical solutions for the implementation of BIM in particularly landscape architecture.
We respond to the needs and challenges of the contemporary world by connecting all project partners through the innovative use of technology. The practice is dedicated to the deepest level of involvement in all phases and processes of project delivery and characterised by a rigorous approach to detailing and documentation. SKAB can integrate your project from any stage of development (even post-conceptual / post-tender) and implement BIM Level 2-compliant standards specified by your client.
Our team can also play an advisory role, ensuring the smooth application of BIM throughout your project, from BEP(BIM Execution Plan) conceptualisation to completion.

Software
Tools
A wide range of software is used to offer virtual interoperability solutions for any design or construction project. Tailored solutions for projects are essential especially in landscape architecture projects which abide by environmental parameters such as topography or climate.
SKAB team is assembled of experts with different backgrounds including architecture, landscape architecture, and urban design. In SKAB we use the best fitting tools adapting both to the project and the teams we work with.
SKAB team completed various projects at all scales from consulting government establishments for district-level urban design, to aiding sub-consultants with high precision detail modeling of precast concrete elements or curved structures.
Revit
SKAB team includes Revit ‘wiz’ young architects and landscape architects. As the leading BIM software in construction projects, Revit constitutes the backbone of all our operations. Our team will adapt to BIM project processes of the highest level, delivering at the demanded LOD of the given project phase, using demanded BIM exchange formats and environments, and conforming to widely accepted BIM standards such as PAS 1192.
Dynamo
Whether it is modelling geometrically complex façade or structural features or simply managing project information such as line styles or even plotting sheets, we use Dynamo for any repetitive operation and calculation in the Revit environment.
Rhinoceros
In a strong NURBS based modeling environment, Rhino is often used for precision in geometrical information and details.
Grasshopper
When working in geometrically and technically challenging projects, it is useful to have an algorithmic design toolset. BIMscape team uses Grasshopper and its extensive open-source library for environmental analysis for pre-conceptual work, form-finding during conceptual design, and high precision project documentation for application fur sub-consultants.
Phtyon Script
We use custom scripts and codes when the unique needs of the project are not covered by existing tools or sometimes just for the sake of practicality and speed. Python script is compatible with many of the software used in our operations such as Dynamo, Rhinoceros and Grasshopper, and it is our go to programming language when needed.
