The six-hectare project site is surrounded by the busy Abdulla Kahhar street and the railway on the south, and the river on the north. It is located next to the Islam Karimov International Airport.
The project is a mixed-use complex that involves commercial and residential spaces, offices, a hospital, a hotel, an aparthotel, and an uninterrupted landscape area in the courtyard.
In collaboration with Dome+Partners SKAB team is responsible for conceptual design, mass development, facade design, and landscape design.
The design aims to integrate into the surrounding tissue and contribute to street life by creating an active frontage on the boulevard. In the courtyard, the design offers a gradual transition from a compact commercial zone in the west to a more dispersed residential area in the east.
