The project is located next to Issyk Lake in Kyrgyzstan.
This mixed-use complex involves residential spaces, a restaurant, a hotel, a spa building, and sports and cultural areas surrounded by a flowing and relaxing landscape design that allows various experiences while respecting the privacy of the residential buildings.
In collaboration with Dome+Partners SKAB team is responsible for conceptual design, mass development, and landscape design.
