For us, 2025 wasn’t just about turning a page on the calendar; it was a year where scales expanded, nature met technology, and we proved how "good design" touches human lives. From XS to XL, from a residential garden to massive urban masterplans, we worked across different typologies and geographies with the same passion.
As we close the year, we look back not just at projects, but at a design vision realized on the scale of 10,000 football fields.
What Did We Do for "The Now"?
Efficiency for Clients, Contractors, and Partners
In today's world, we managed processes that tolerate neither speed nor error by utilizing technology. For us, design is valuable only when it is "buildable" and "seamless."
Risk Management via Virtual Landscape Construction: We didn't just draw plans; we simulated the site. By resolving complex grading, drainage issues, and root-infrastructure conflicts with a single mouse click in the office, we prevented heavy machinery from digging in the wrong place on-site.
The Power of BIM & Budget Efficiency: We generated massive data models around 4 GB in size. Through clash detection analysis, we identified conflicts between hardscape and infrastructure before construction began. This digital foresight prevented irreversible costs, ensuring maximum budgetary efficiency for our clients.
Transparent Communication:Â We strove to "understand and explain." By staying in constant contact with our clients throughout the process (over 330 meetings!), we left no room for surprises.
What Did We Do for "The Future"?
Value Created for People, Cities, and Nature
We didn't just think about today; we thought about the people who will live in these spaces and the nature that will sustain them.
Breathing Spaces:Â We created living areas where people can rest in the shade, birds can nest, and children can run.
Ecological Heritage:Â We aimed for a sustainable future. Our designs will only get more beautiful as they grow and flourish.
SKAB in Numbers: 2025 by the Digits
Sometimes it's hard to visualize the scale of our work, so let's make it concrete
Total Design Area: ~72,000,000 m²
(A design vision on the scale of 10,000 Football Fields!)Â
Designed Green Area: ~55,000,000 m²Â
(Approx. 16 times the size of New York's Central Park)Â
Contribution to Nature:Â ~330,000 new trees.Â
(Once mature, these trees will provide enough oxygen for about 120,000 people annually—a whole district!)Â
Solved Elevation:Â 265 MetersÂ
(We tackled terrain differences totaling almost the height of the Eiffel Tower)Â
Coordination:Â 330+ meetings and 415+ visuals produced throughout the year.
Our 2026 Goals
We are closing 2025 with the justified pride of successful projects and the experience we've gained. But we have no intention of stopping.
Our Route for 2026: To raise the bar even higher! We aim to expand our impact with greener, human-centric projects by further integrating technology into design and deepening our BIM processes.
