The project is a residential complex located in the suburbs of
Izmir, Turkey.
The key point of the project was the care to use of levels in
conjunction with pedestrian circulation and other functions.
Dynamic and natural use of space was achieved by on-point
use of stairs, ramps, and slopes. Green slopes are places of
resting and playing, connecting levels attractively. Personal
gardens are natural extensions of the overall design and are
not secluded.
The plantation was used to subtly divide different functions
such as social complex and apartment access points. By using
local plants a fresh, Aegean sense was targeted.
