The project obtains its value mainly from the urban heritage
of the district it is located in: Halic, in other words, “The
Golden Horn”. Having served as an inner harbor and shipyard,
Halic takes an important place both locally and globally.
In collaboration with Tabanlıoglu Architects, SKAB introduces
an urban transformation by bringing out a holistic and sleek
landscape suitable to the industrial environment. Tersane
Istanbul is a mixed-use complex containing residential units,
hotels, offices, marinas, and more.
