The 300-hectare project site is located on the periphery of Almaty city. The project is a mixed-use complex that centers on community, sustainability, and human comfort principles. 

The project is divided into 3 main zones; Community, Quarter, and Nature. Landscape design character and the program change according to these zones.

In collaboration with Dome+Partners SKAB team is responsible for the landscape design of the project.
