The Bodrum Kızılagac Hotel Project is a comprehensive hospitality and commercial complex consisting of hotel buildings, residential area and coastal area. In addition to the hotel structures, the project features a social facility,  and open spaces that seamlessly integrate with the surrounding commercial areas. 
Masterplan design consist of: Site entrance, residential area, social facility, marina,  site common areas, different beach uses (such as summer houses, pebble beach, women only beach), road tipologies, and programmatic areas.
