Consisting of three integrated luxury destinations set along a 
beautiful stretch of coastline - The Island Site, Miraya, and Triple Bay AMAALA is primed to become one of the most exclusive high-end resort destinations in the world.
SKAB’s involvement in the project consists of two main sites “the wellness route” and “the right of way areas” landscape design. Also, Detail Design Guidelines have been prepared for the project.SKAB took part in preparing the detailed design guidelines and developing the design further through stages 0 to 4. Upon completion, the giga project will be home to more than 3,000 hotel rooms across 25 hotels and nearly 900 luxury residential units.
